Yes, the boom that we all now from the Fort Lauderdale Condo market is over, it has it is good days but now it’s behind all of us. As much as we want to keep the boom in tact, we all know that not one thing last forever. It is official by default, the downtown condo market’s known boom has been overtaken by a new trend the hotels. Yes, you heard it right the hotels now are making it is way to the scene as developers and investors are focusing their time in making hotels now more than ever. They are very much conscious of the condo’s status in the market so they redirect their attention to a dissimilar bidding. It is known that the market’s overflow of condos all over Florida has caused the housing market to take a slump.
More to a fault now, the mutual cognition of persons is that they tend to focus their attention to what is in demand, what is in the trend or what makes the market shine. It’s like yesterday it was the condo market, the next day it’s the hotel market. It is rather amusive to watch the rise and fall of the market, the huddles and the struggles and all that. Right now, developers are there seeking building approvals for in regards to 4 major high-rise hotels and office towers, on top of that investors are seeking more deals to go down in the hot property right now which is the hotel. I think it’ll still be too early to tell. Up until we have settle and the numbers are printed by then we may confidently say that we are in a good market.

 Would not have purchased if I had known…

I purchased this before I saw the ones from Sam’s Club. The ones sold here are cheap in quality equated to the ones from Sam’s Club. Sam’s Club only charges $21.17 for eight squares in a package and all the squares have two borders. The ones from this amazon.com vendor comes only with 6 squares in each package and two of the squares have only one border. The ones from this marketer is .37 inch thick which dents without apparent effort and the dents stay and is not reversable whereas the ones from Sam’s Club is mercantile quality, is .53 inch thick and is reversable to a dark grey color for adult use once the kids outgrow them. I wanted to return the ones from this amazon.com marketer but I would have lost more cash with the further and added return shipping. But, next time, if I want to get anymore mats for another room from my house, I will get the ones from Sam’s Club. If you don’t have a Sam’s Club membership, I would suggest getting one. For the cost of shipping of approx. $30.00 from this amazon.com seller, you’re better off paying for the year’s membership at Sam’s Club and you’ll be competent to save more cash for the year with your membership on other things besides the mats. It’s what I ought to have done. Oh well, you live and learn. I did buy a set from Sam’s Club for my sister to use at her place.

Its just what we needed. It protects our grandchildren from the unyielding cement floor. Its bright, easy to put together, and most crucial comfortable to walk/play on.

A Whole New Floor

These mats work great! They come packaged in sets of 6 squares (one of each color) they may be assembled separately as play mats or all together to cover the entire floor of a child’s bedroom like what we did. My 6 year old loved how colorful his floor was when it was done. I loved how easy it was to do it. I installed the whole floor in twenty minutes by myself! That includes taking the time to trim the tiles to fit the room. My son liked the fact that afterwards he had “puzzle pieces” to play with since there were left over bits. I looked at a ton of choices for redoing his floor and you just can’t beat this price.
